1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
• Unused teaware and accessories (e.g., utensils, infusers, pots, cups)
• Must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
• Applies to teaware or packaged teas that arrive damaged or defective
• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Requires photographs and a brief description of the issue
All return requests must be emailed to sales@superior-fnb.com. Superior Food & Beverages Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or that are submitted after the applicable timeframes.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email sales@superior-fnb.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photographs (for damaged or defective items)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide full return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may be declined.
3. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise confirmed (e.g., approved damaged or defective items), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Standard delivery charges may be refunded (if applicable)
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast dispatch.
If you wish to cancel your order:
• Contact sales@superior-fnb.com within 1 hour of placing the order
• We will do our best to accommodate, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order is already being prepared or shipped
6. Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with:
• Your order number
• A list of missing items
• Photos of the shipment and packaging (if applicable)
Missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will either:
• Ship the missing items at no additional charge, or
• Provide a refund for those items
